On September 8, we asked the director of CMS for assistance in finding solutions and informed him that according to the cantonal office, swimming without certified supervision will not be possible in the future. This means that the proposed mode for the swimming pool for financial reasons will allow only expensive swimming courses, but not the use by residents by subscription, as in the past several decades. Existing subscribers were assured in writing in both 2019 and 2020, and the NVS as recently as June 2021, that CMS would continue to support access to the swimming pool under new operations.
